PandC Services Team Leader (Services for Finland), Ingka Business Service Center
**Overview:**
We are seeking a seasoned PandC Services Team Leader to lead our Finland-based team in delivering high-quality personnel administration and payroll services to our global partners. As a passionate and service-oriented leader, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery, supporting your team members, and driving process improvements. **Responsibilities:**
ā¢ Lead P&C Finland team to ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with global procedures and local legal requirements
ā¢ Support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics
ā¢ Supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities
ā¢ Support solving problems and independently resolve first-level escalations
ā¢ Follow-up on the status of outstanding issues
ā¢ Recruit competent new co-workers with required PA/PY profiles
ā¢ Take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff knowledge, skills, and competence
ā¢ Coordinate trainings and maintain high levels of motivation and team engagement
ā¢ Be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading
ā¢ *Qualifications:**
ā¢ Minimum 3 years of experience in P&C (personnel administration & payroll) environment
ā¢ Strong knowledge of P&C environment
ā¢ Excellent communication skills in English
ā¢ Passion for working with people and leading by example
ā¢ Service-oriented and customer-focused background
ā¢ Understanding and passion for IKEA values
