Translate performance insights into new creative concepts and testing angles
Continuously iterate on hooks, messaging, formats, and offers to drive improved results
Collaborate with media buyers to align creative strategy with campaign performance goals

UGC Creator Management & Briefing

Develop clear, performance-oriented briefs for UGC creators
Guide creators on hooks, messaging, structure, and angles based on data insights
Review and provide feedback on UGC content to ensure it meets performance standards
Identify opportunities to scale winning UGC concepts

Collaboration & Strategic Contribution

Work closely with paid media and strategy teams to align creative output with campaign objectives
Contribute to weekly performance and creative strategy discussions
Share insights and learnings to improve overall creative effectiveness across accounts

Process Adherence & Improvement

Operate within internal structures, workflows, and SOPs
Maintain organised asset libraries, naming conventions, and version control
Suggest improvements to creative processes, testing frameworks, and workflows
Requirements

3–5+ years of proven experience in paid social creative for D2C e-commerce brands (non-negotiable).
Strong understanding of Meta ad creatives and what drives performance
Proven ability to create and iterate high-performing direct-response creatives
Experience interpreting performance data and turning it into actionable creative insights
