What you'd be doing: → Email campaigns, social ads, and general marketing design → Working hand-in-hand with our marketer on both strategy and execution → Moving fast in a startup environment where your work actually matters What we're looking for: ✅ 5+ years of experience ✅ A strong portfolio (emails, social ads, digital assets — quality > résumé) ✅ Figma fluency ✅ D2C or tech brand experience is a big plus ✅ Full-time freelancer who's available to collaborate during the work day The deal: Contract/freelance, primarily available 9-5. First mission is to help us test and learn what resonates with people as we build a waitlist for HomeAware! For the paid social consultant: We're moving fast and want to learn faster. We need someone who can hit the ground running — help us build, test, and optimize paid social from the jump. Meta and Google experience is key, D2C or tech background a big plus.
