We foster a culture of learning, innovation, and results-driven marketing, and we're looking for someone who's eager to grow with us.We strongly value diversity and believe that a team with a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences leads to better insights, strategies, and outcomes.What you'll doPlan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, Reddit and TikTokDevelop, test, and refine ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize performanceEnsure all funnels, websites, and tracking tools are set up correctly before launching trafficAnalyze campaign data, identify trends, and make real-time adjustments to improve resultsCollaborate closely with Account Managers and the Strategy Team to scale client accountsTake a proactive approachidentify gaps, action items, or pivots needed before they become problemsRequest and source creative assets from clients, social channels, or internal teamsEnsure ad relevanceno outdated, out-of-stock, or off-season products running in campaignsProvide data-driven recommendations for improving ad performance, budgets, and client strategiesDeliver insightful reports on key performance metrics, campaign insights, and next stepsStay ahead of industry trends and continuously test new strategies, placements, and ad formatsWhat you'll bring to the table1-2 years of experience managing paid Meta & TikTok ads (eCommerce experience preferred)Proven ability to manage multi-level paid ad funnelsbeyond just boosting postsStrong understanding of digital marketing, paid traffic, and conversion funnelsHands-on experience with Meta Product Catalogs & Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimizing, and scaling campaignsExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skillsHighly proactiveanticipates needs and drives strategy without waiting for instructionsAbility to give clear direction on what's needed in an account to improve performanceStrong responsiveness and adaptability in a fast-moving environmentWhy you'll love working with usBenefits & CultureAt Go Fish, we strive to create a workplace that inspires creativity, innovation, and impact.
