Location: Work From Home – Bogotá and Medellin OnlySchedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM COLSalary: 9M COP- 12M COP /month (Based on experience)About the CompanyYou will be part of a founder-led performance marketing powerhouse built on a single, bold conviction: do one thing and do it better than anyone else. While other agencies spread themselves thin, they focus exclusively on growth-driven strategy through paid social, search, and creative.They’re now looking for a Paid Search Manager to join their squad, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. You’ll be stepping in as the senior authority from day one. You'll have the autonomy to own the entire search function so the CEO can focus on scaling the agency:Managing end-to-end campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.Serving as the solo point of contact for US-based clients—leading calls and presenting performance with zero hand-holding.Creating the internal "gold standard" for paid search, from naming conventions to QA checklists that future hires will follow.Building out reporting infrastructure so the Founder never has to manually pull data again.Providing snappy, structured updates to keep the team aligned and moving fast.What You’ll Bring4+ years of hands-on paid search experience, specifically crushing it for e-commerce accounts.Deep fluency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and a solid handle on Microsoft Advertising.High proficiency in English, capable of translating complex data into clear, confident narratives for US clients.The ability to run accounts and make defensible, data-driven decisions without needing a supervisor.Founder Mindset: You treat every account like it’s your own business and flag opportunities (or fires) before anyone else sees them.Bonus Points ForPrior experience in a performance marketing agency setting.Product feed optimization understanding.Google Merchant Center and revenue-based bidding.Paid social magic (Meta) to help the team execute cross-channel.Experience leading client calls solo and winning the roomReady to Apply?Ready to make a move?
