Are you a paid search expert with a passion for hands-on campaign management? We’re seeking an experienced Paid Search Specialist with at least 3 years of proven experience in developing, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a prominent client in the video game industry.

In this role, you will:
• Serve as the platform expert for paid search, independently developing, configuring, and managing comprehensive campaigns primarily on Google Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, focusing on key metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI, with a strong emphasis on exceeding KPIs in paid search.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities and refine targeting strategies for better campaign performance.
• Develop and execute A/B testing to optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates within paid search campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in paid search and digital media buying to ensure that strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
• Collaborate effectively within the team and contribute to the success of our partners and the company.

What we’re looking for:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing paid search campaigns, ideally within an agency setting or in a fast-paced industry. Experience with large-scale companies is a must.
• Expertise in Google Ads and a deep understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to independently problem-solve in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong sense of innovation and collaboration
