Paid Media Specialist: Google Ads, YouTube & Demand Gen (Account Management & Copywriting)
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to take over the management and optimization of an established Google Ads ecosystem with a monthly spend of $15K-$20K. The accounts are set up and running, so we need a pro who can step in, audit the current state, and maintain momentum without missing a beat.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the full Google funnel, from high-intent Search to upper-funnel YouTube Prospecting and Demand Gen.
You will have the support of a Fractional CMO.
==Scope of Work==
Ongoing Management: Oversee a diversified budget across the Google Ecosystem, including but not limited to YouTube, Demand Gen, and Search.
Optimization: Continuous testing of bidding strategies, audience segments, and placement exclusions to improve ROAS/CPA.
Ad Copywriting: You will be responsible for all text-based creative. This includes headlines, descriptions, and CTAs that align with our brand voice and the specific stage of the funnel. (Note: You are not required to create visual/video assets.)
Performance Reporting: Provide clear, actionable insights on how the channels are performing

Expert-level Google Ads experience: Proven track record with Google ads including YouTube Ads, Demand Gen, and Search campaign types.
Strategic Copywriter: Ability to write compelling, high-converting ad copy for different audiences.
Data-Driven: Proficiency in GA4 and UTM tracking management.
Agency Experience: Comfortable taking over "legacy" accounts and identifying quick wins vs. long-term adjustments.
