In this role, you’ll lead the entire paid advertising journey, from strategic planning to ad creation, targeting, and performance optimization. If you’re a creative thinker who moves fast and thrives on seeing results, this role is for you.Responsibilities:Design and implement an agile paid marketing strategy across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. You’ll take full ownership of our ad presence, driving conversions and business growth.Roll up your sleeves to manage campaigns across platforms, fine-tuning bids, keywords, and targeting to meet and exceed ROI targets.Work with content and design teams (or take the lead yourself!) to develop standout ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that attract and convert.Conduct quick, deep-dive audience research to create targeted ad sets.
