Paid Internship (REMOTE/ WFH ) Operations Team

As a leading provider of language services, we are committed to bridging language barriers and fostering communication across diverse communities. While we know that our internal roles do not require you to be bilingual or multilingual, it is essential that you understand the importance of what we do and the passion we have for the clients and communities we serve.
This internship will focus primarily on providing support to our Operations team, so you will gain firsthand knowledge of things like scheduling, vendor follow-up, project management, report writing, and deadline management. If you are driven, highly organized, great with interpersonal communication, and a meticulous worker looking to gain experience in a positive & team-based environment, then this is a great opportunity for you!
Minimum availability requirement: We need someone who is available to work a minimum of 30 hours/ week during our East Coast operational hours Monday - Friday. Ideally, we would like someone with the ability to work 40 hours per week. While this position begins as "hourly", our goal is to convert the successful incumbent into a full-time salaried employee within 1-year of the start date.
NOTE: While this is a fully remote position, due to tax laws we can only consider candidates located in the US.
REQUIREMENTS:
Currently enrolled in a relevant college or university program or have recently graduated (focus on languages preferred)
Applicants MUST have a strong (private) internet connection
Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
Ability to work during East Coast operational hours (8 am - 5 pm)
Must be located in the US (for tax purposes), international candidates will NOT be considered
