• Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, career pages, and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed
• Address employee queries about benefits
• Review and distribute company policies
• Participate in organizing company events and career days

Qualifications
• Open to those actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field of study
• Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends, or holidays
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
