Our clients include boutique hotels, lodges, and hospitality brands from around the world who want to reduce OTA dependence and grow direct revenue.
We offer webinars, online courses, and direct campaign support - and now we're looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our team and lead the way in digital advertising for our hotel clients.
The Role
As a Paid Ads Specialist, you'll run and support advertising campaigns for both Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. You'll also teach and coach hotel clients in small-group webinars, helping them understand how to run successful ads, build audiences, and improve return on ad spend.
This is a dual role: part technical implementation, part trainer and guide.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta AdsSet up and manage retargeting, audience segmentation, and lookalike campaignsSupport hotel clients with hands-on help during onboarding and marketing setupHost live webinars teaching hotel owners and marketers how to use paid adsProvide practical ad advice during Q&A sessions, coaching calls, and online coursesAssist with Pixel and conversion tracking setup (Meta, GA4, TikTok if needed)Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvementsWork closely with our content, website, and email teams to align ad strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years experience running paid ads on Google and Meta platformsProven ability to manage ad budgets, optimize campaigns, and improve ROIStrong grasp of retargeting strategies, custom audiences, and funnel thinkingConfident hosting webinars or coaching sessions (small to medium groups)Excellent written and spoken EnglishStrong understanding of hospitality, tourism, or e-commerce advertisingComfortable using tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and GA4Proactive, organized, and client-oriented
Preferred (but not required)
Experience with Google Hotel Ads, metasearch, or OTA ad strategyBackground in hospitality or working with hotel brandsExperience integrating ads with CRM or email funnelsFamiliarity with WordPress or booking engine tracking
