Paid 1-Hour Interview: HVAC / ServiceTitan Ops Consultants & Fractional COOs
• *Job Description**
I’m building a lightweight operations insight layer for HVAC and field-service companies that sits above tools like ServiceTitan to help owners, dispatchers, and ops leaders anticipate daily chaos (overbooking risk, tech imbalance, customer fallout) before it happens.
I’m not hiring for delivery work right now.
Instead, I’m looking to pay experienced operators and consultants for a 60-minute interview to help validate whether this product would meaningfully help your clients and how you would use it in practice.
This is a paid discovery interview at your standard hourly rate.
• *Who I’m Looking For (any one of these)**
You are a strong fit if you have experience as one or more of the following:
- ServiceTitan consultant, admin, or implementation specialist
- HVAC / home services operations consultant or coach
- Dispatch training or scheduling optimization expert
- Fractional COO / Head of Operations for service businesses
- Ops advisor working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades
You should have direct experience advising multiple service businesses, not just working inside one company.
• *What We’ll Talk About (Interview Topics)**
In the 1-hour session, I’ll ask about:
- The most common daily operational issues you see across clients
- How you currently help clients anticipate or prevent schedule chaos
- Gaps you see in existing FSM tools (e.g., ServiceTitan)
- How you would use a daily ops-risk or “early warning” layer
- Whether this would help you differentiate your services
There is no sales pitch during the interview — this is strictly research and validation.
• *Deliverables**
- 60-minute video call interview
- Open, honest feedback based on your real client experience
- No written deliverables required unless you want to share notes.
Rate & Timeline
- Duration: 1 hour
- Rate: Your normal hourly rate
- Timeline: Interviews scheduled over the next 2–3 weeks
