- Monitor packing area equipment and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team for prompt repairs.
- Develop and maintain accurate packing documentation, including process logs and production reports.
- Provide training and guidance to new staff, promoting adherence to company policies and best practices.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in packing supervision, preferably within the agrochemical industry, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of agrochemical products, including handling, storage, and packaging requirements.
