Environmental Conditions
Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
Shift: 3rd Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 7:00am

A Day in the Life:
Demonstrates and promotes Thermo Fishers 4I Values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
Applies Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and customer requirements in all areas of responsibility.
Complies with all safety regulations and conduct all activities in a safe & efficient manner.
Lead daily safety, quality and delivery goals for assigned jobs.
Performs in-room task assignments and training for all packaging jobs.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
This position requires hand-eye coordination, dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with both hands. This includes:
Must have working mathematical skills for counting, adding, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages.
Ability to interpret 2D Diagrams and batch paperwork to ensure proper assembly of clinical supplies.
