We're looking for a Slice Hub Leader to ensure every shop gets what they need on time, every time with efficiency, care, and consistency. The Role Slice is looking for a detail-oriented Packaging Production Designer to create pizza box, paper bag, and greaseproof paper designs using our design templates for independent pizzerias. templates for our independent pizzeria customers. This role is all about speed, accuracy, and consistency instead of original illustration. You’ll work with existing templates, swap in shop logos, adjust colors, and prep files for print. Key Responsibilities Customize pizza box, bag, and other packaging product designs, using pre-made templates, customer logos, colors, and text Ensure designs meet print specs (flexographic and digital print) Prepare and deliver print-ready files on time Apply customer feedback accurately Work closely with operations teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet brand requirements Maintain organized design files and version control The Winning Recipe These are the core competencies this role calls for: 1–3 years in graphic or production design (packaging a plus) Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (required) and Photoshop Understanding of CMYK, spot color, and print production Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines The ExtrasWorking at Slice comes with a comprehensive set of benefits, but here are some of the unexpected highlights: Private healthcare insurance Flexible Work Environment Wellbeing Program Learning and Development Program At Slice we are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace.
