REM is currently seeking packers in the Newville area. 1st shift position working 10:30am-7pm Mon-Fri. Temp to perm opportunity.
Summary
In the role of Packaging Personnel within our Food Grade Warehouse, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring products are packaged efficiently and in compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in packaging and manufacturing. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and your prior warehouse experience will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Qualifications
? Proven experience in warehouse operations and packaging processes
? Strong understanding of manufacturing practices
? Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP standards
? Ability to use a pallet jack
? Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, removing light weight product from the production line, packaging items in cases, sealing cases, palletizing completed cases, making boxes, and general clean up of work area at the end of each day. Lifting 25lbs or less. Extremely clean environment.
