If you believe that anything worth doing is worth doing properly, then you'll fit in here.Your RoleHelp establish the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and support the project on the monthly collation of progress data related to time, cost, risk, and quality for monthly business reporting.Support the Project Manager/Director by providing specialist advice and technical knowledge to respond to delays, issues, and other challenges throughout the project.Administer Project Control activities, conduct audits, assurance checks of contractors' monthly data submissions and ensure the submissions are fully assessed and are paid in line with the project KPI’s.Support the administration of trend/forecast reporting and the Baseline Change Management of the agreed project budget, ensuring that all changes are correctly attributed and charged accordingly.Coordinate the preparation and submission of monthly performance reports to the project lead, in line with business reporting requirements and timescales, to enable prompt decision making, approvals and financial forecasting.Provide guidance and corrective actions to teams to ensure the quality of task submissions and reporting of costs.Attend monthly reviews and other meetings as required.About youUnderstanding of Project Control principles for major programmes.Experience in facilitating and administering multidiscipline meetings with large groups of stakeholders.Technical Competencies - Primavera P6 proficient.Understanding of the importance of timely reporting and the energy to deliver against demanding deadlines.The ability to build strong relationships and support colleagues Enthusiasm, ideas, and drive to grow, learn and develop within our organisation.Experience within a project environment supporting the Project Manager/Director.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Experience of interacting with internal and external clients.Initiative – ability to work with minimum supervision and make suggestions on best practice and improving current processes and procedures.Teamwork – willingly cooperate with the others towards the same goals and objectives.Reward & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
