Owner's Representative / Project Manager
Looking for an Owner's Representative / Project Manager to work with clients in South Florida and help oversee the growth of a small but very successful real estate services company. This is a great opportunity for that solid construction Project Manager to make the switch to the owners side and bring all that experience to helping them grow.
This person will deal with owners, developers, lenders, and contractors and function as a PM for the owners side of the business. This is truly an excellent opportunity to work for a growing, stable, and up and coming real estate firm with a long term outlook. This position also brings a good work/life balance and schedule flexibility, which today are difficult to come by. NOTE: This person will be able to work from home the majority of the time
Requirements
8+ years commercial construction/ project management experience required
Degree in construction or related field is preferred
Must have a great attitude and willingness to work within a team environment
