Owner Operators/Carriers That Are Looking For A Dispatch Service Must Have Own Authority

Job Summary BLS Dispatch LLC is seeking motivated Owner Operators and Carriers looking for a reliable, experienced, and professional dispatch partner. Founded and operated by truckers, we understand the realities of the road and the operational challenges drivers face. Our mission is to simplify your day-to-day, keep your truck moving, and help you maximize profits with consistent, high-quality freight opportunities. As your dedicated dispatcher, we handle your load sourcing, negotiations, paperwork, route coordination, broker communication, and back-office support — so you can stay focused on driving.We specialize in Dry Van and Reefer units and offer customized support for both independent owner-operators and fleet owners. My Responsibilities • Secure profitable freight through established broker relationships • Handle all rate negotiations to ensure strong revenue per mile • Provide real-time load updates, tracking, and communication • Manage all back-office documents including rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs • Offer complete dispatch support from pick-up to delivery • Deliver weekly or monthly settlement reports (optional) • Maintain clear, transparent communication with carriers and brokers • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, shipment planning, and time-sensitive paperwork • Support fleet owners with driver recruitment and onboarding • Assist with ELD audit support to help carriers remain compliant • Resolve issues on the road quickly and professionally • Build long-term partnerships with carriers based on trust, reliability, and consistent results My Experience • Experience in freight dispatching, trucking, or logistics (preferred but not required) • Strong understanding of Dry Van and Reefer operations • Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with brokers • Familiarity with ELD systems and carrier compliance (a plus) • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced situations • Professional, dependable, and committed to supporting carriers’ success Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per week Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
