Join Our Team: OVERNIGHT Virtual Triage RN We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Virtual Triage Registered Nurse to join our care team on an overnight schedule. As a critical member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care when they need it most. This is a remote opportunity with a set schedule of weekly overnight hours (11pm-8am ET), allowing you to work from anywhere while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. About the Role As an OVERNIGHT Virtual Triage RN, you'll be responsible for: Triage via inbound calls, providing clinical support for incoming patient communications and assessing clinical symptoms to determine the best path of care. Conducting phone assessments to identify patient needs and collaborating with clinical care teams to deliver excellent patient care. Assisting in the development of processes and systems for urgent care and virtual triage, driving continuous improvement in our care delivery model. Communicating urgent needs to diverse patient populations and across teams, leveraging your exceptional written and verbal communication skills. About You We're looking for passionate individuals who share our commitment to improving care quality and health outcomes for all. As a Virtual Triage RN, you'll bring: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in clinical triage as a licensed RN, with compact state licensure (additional state licensure is a plus). Excellent knowledge of chronic disease states, complex medical conditions, and exceptional ability to complete clinical phone assessments. Experience in high-acuity clinical environments (e.g., ED, ICU) is a plus, as is experience in geriatrics. A passion for continual improvement of the broader healthcare system, driving change to support people in a higher quality, lower-cost way. Skilled written and verbal communication, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and across teams. Experience providing culturally sensitive education to patients and their families, tailored to their medical literacy level. A track record of collaborative teamwork, supportive leadership, and a commitment to helping others build knowledge and skills. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome systematic hurdles to fulfill patient needs. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Bi-lingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
