Overnight Trading Support Analyst

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide overnight support to customers to ensure quick resolution of trading and reconciliation issues
- Interact with customers via Zendesk to troubleshoot technical challenges within the Ridgeline environment
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to address customer bugs and enhancement needs
- Become a subject-matter expert on the Ridgeline application, focusing on front office applications and market data
- Mentor and coach team members as the organization scales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience implementing or troubleshooting technical customer issues within the FinTech industry
- Hands-on experience with FinTech industry file formats and workflow processes
- Experience handling customer escalations with professionalism and patience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Zendesk
- Proficiency in Google Apps or the MS Office suite
- Familiarity with Slack, JIRA/Confluence
- Basic understanding of AWS, APIs, and serverless technology
