Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams to achieve sales growth and customer service excellence
Develop and implement business strategies to drive results and improve operational efficiency
Provide coaching and feedback to associates to enhance performance and development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive change initiatives
Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and ensure customer needs are met
Drive financial performance and sales growth through effective planning and execution
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
