Our case mix and complexity rivals that of teaching hospitals, but in a relaxed practice setting that values work/life balance. 100% Remote position 100% Emergency Radiology Schedule: 5pm - 2 am MST; 7 days on / 14 days off (122 shifts per year) $75k Sign on Bonus Diversified Radiology is seeking a fellowship-trained Radiologist to join our sub-specialized after hours team. A fellowship in Body Imaging or Emergency Radiology with a focus in Chest, Abdominal, MRI, and Emergency reads is preferred; well rounded MSK imaging fellowships with experience in in body/emergency experience will be considered. Responsibilities will include, but is not limited to, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, MR, and Nuclear imaging of the chest, abdomen and pelvis for evaluation. This position will NOT read any neuroradiology. Workflow: • PACS System: All imaging studies across our hospital systems and imaging partners are read using InteleViewer, which integrates seamlessly with partner PACS systems. InteleViewer allows radiologists to work from a single platform, and its Instant Messaging (IM) function facilitates communication between techs, radiologists, and our 24/7 in-house radiology support team (ATC). Radiologists can easily share case links for second opinions. • Dictation Software: We use PowerScribe 360 for dictation. • Worklist Management: Clario Smart Worklist prioritizes cases for your assigned shift and launches InteleViewer when a case is selected. Cases can be manually selected or auto-launched, with worklists optimized for urgency and efficiency. • AI: AIdoc for detection of intracranial hemorrhage, cervical spine fractures, PE, incidental PE. • Credentialing and onboarding are fully supported by administrative staff. • Radiology assistants and 24/7 IT support are available to ensure seamless workflow. Compensation Package/Benefits • Salary: $475k (including $400k base + $75k Sign on Bonus + productivity bonus) with partnership opportunities offering $550k–$600k +, depending on productivity. • Moving Allowance: $15,000 if applicable • Partnership Track: 1 year for candidates with 2+ years of experience; 2 years for less-experienced candidates. • Productivity bonus: offered to associates and partners • Fellowship Stipend: $1,000 monthly stipend during fellowship for those signed with Diversified Radiology. • Vacation: Generous time off with internal moonlighting options available. • Insurance: Full malpractice insurance (professional liability) and health insurance for the employee and their family, subject to eligibility. • Other Benefits: 401k with Safe Harbor and Profit Sharing after 1 year, stock options, student loan subsidy, preferred rates for refinancing, and a business expense account.
