We’re a robust content team at a tech podcast startup based in NYC looking for a reliable podcast video editor who can handle overnight turnarounds. What we’re making • Format: video podcast / talking-head conversation • Example of the style and pacing we’re going for: • Source duration: usually 20–40 minutes of raw footage • Final duration: 15–20 minute edited episode What we need from you • Take 30–40 min of raw footage and create a tight, engaging 15–20 min cut • Remove fumbling/getting ready, awkward pauses and obvious stumbles • Basic audio cleanup (noise reduction, EQ/leveling so dialogue is clear and consistent) -- feel free to use AI tools • Basic color correction and exposure matching so the episode looks cohesive • Export final file in 1080p (or 4K if needed), ready for YouTube Workflow & turnaround expectations • We send raw assets on Monday or Tuesday around 5pm EST on Frame.io • You deliver the finished episode by the following day (within ~24 hours) • Ideally you also share either the project file or a versioned export we can easily reference This first job • This posting is for one paid test episode • If it goes well, we’d like to work together on recurring episodes on a similar timeline!
