As a key player in our General Merchandise team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional shopping experience by maintaining a well-stocked and organized sales floor. About the Role:
As an Overnight Inbound Stocking Expert, you'll be responsible for:
Creating a welcoming experience for our guests by authentically greeting them and providing exceptional service
Executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, including unloading and stocking merchandise
Maintaining sales floor instocks for General Merchandise categories
Operating power equipment (if certified) and partnering with leaders to ensure safe and efficient operations
Working with accuracy and attention to detail to manage defectives and environmentally sensitive items
Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance in all aspects of your work

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Comfortable with technology, including handheld scanners and frequency devices
Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and situations
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment as directed
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods
