Overnight Dispatcher/Driver
We are looking to fill an immediate need for full-time overnight, dispatcher/driver for our tow facility; 4-5 nights/week (will include holidays and weekends). Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to: • Dispatching and routing of tow service calls • Ability to work with custom towing software program • Releasing vehicles to customers • Backup driver; may need to do tow(s) when needed. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: • Previous towing experience is a MUST • DOT regulation compliance knowledge • Tow industry and regulation compliance knowledge • Excellent customer service skills • Multitasking skills • Living locally is a plus Job Requirements: • This position is a full-time, in person (it is NOT remote) • MUST HAVE PREVIOUS TOW OPERATOR EXPERIENCE, NO EXCEPTIONS • Must have excellent phone and customer service skills • Pay structure will be commensurate with experience • Benefits package Serious candidates only.
