Overnight Customer Support Specialist - Remote Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team on an overnight shift. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients, responding to inquiries through various communication channels and contributing to the day-to-day operations of our 24x7x365 department.
In this role, you will:
Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage department inbox
Utilize strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ticketing systems to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Be available to work overnight shifts, including Tuesday to Friday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST and Saturday to Tuesday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST
To be successful in this role, you will need:
An Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in customer support or client relations
Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose iterative solutions clearly and concisely
We offer a competitive salary range of $24/hour to $26/hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
