What You'll Do as an Overnight Customer Service Representative

As an integral part of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Here's what you can expect:

Order Processing & Management

Process customer orders with precision and attention to detail using our world-class technology systems.
Navigate and manage order inquiries in our collaborative call center environment.
Ensure accuracy in all transaction processing to maintain our reputation for reliability.


Multi-Channel Customer Communication

Engage with customers professionally over phone, email, and live chat platforms.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution.


Technical Support & Navigation

Guide customers through arenaflex's website and online ordering platforms.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues customers may encounter during their shopping experience.
Provide real-time assistance to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.


Product Expertise Development

Become a product and solutions expert through our comprehensive training programs.
Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs and requirements.
Stay current on new product offerings and industry trends.


Work Schedule & Environment

We offer flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance:

Schedule Options: Choose from 4-day or 5-day on-site schedules.
Shift: Overnight position with required weekend availability.
Location: Kenosha Branch – 12355 arenaflex Way, Kenosha, WI 53144.
Work Environment: State-of-the-art call center with collaborative workspaces and modern amenities.


What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts.


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
Prior customer service experience in retail, call center, or hospitality settings.
Experience with CRM systems and order management software.
Background in shipping, industrial, or packaging materials industry.
