Job DescriptionJob Title: Overhaul Business ManagerWorking Pattern: FulltimeWorking location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site Customer Site)The Overhaul Business Manager (OBM) is a leadership position within the Aftermarket Operations organization. It is primarily focused on operational performance and the relationship between Aftermarket Operations and our MRO service provider. It is a key interface point for the broader, global organization and will interface with the executive leadership team of our MRO service provider as the embedded manager. The ideal candidate must be able to lead, plan, and/or coordinate many different kinds of operational activities in a diverse technical environment. They are the fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.Basic Requirements:Associate degree with 7+ years of engine, engine maintenance and overhaul experience, ORBachelor's degree with 5+ years of engine, engine maintenance and overhaul experience, ORMaster’s degree with 3+ years, ORJD/PhD, OR9+ years of engine, engine maintenance and overhaul experience in lieu of a degreePreferred Requirements:Knowledge and understanding of gas turbine maintenance and repair processes and procedures in an operational environmentFamiliarity with airworthiness regulationsAbility to prioritize, work independently or in a team environment with a strong customer focusAbility to develop and maintain relationships with shop personnelAbility to understand and communicate technical details and solve complex technical issuesAbility to demonstrate strategic ability, problem solving, and decision makingExperience working with multiple business functions, both technical and non-technicalWhat we offerWe offer excellent development opportunities, a competitive salary, and exceptional benefits.
