Outsystem Lead

BlackStone eIT is in search of an experienced Outsystems Lead to take charge of our Outsystems development team. As the Outsystems Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality applications using the Outsystems platform. You will play a pivotal role in leading project initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet client needs. This role demands not only technical expertise but also strong leadership skills, as you will work closely with other teams to define and execute on technical solutions that align with business objectives. Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of robust Outsystems applications that meet business requirements. Manage and mentor a team of Outsystems developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the development process, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed. Monitor application performance and ensure ongoing improvement and scalability. Stay informed of industry trends and new Outsystems features to drive innovation and efficiencies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Outsystems. Proven experience as a lead in Outsystems at least 3 years, with a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities. Strong knowledge of application architecture and design principles. Experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
