Outside Sales Representative – Fuel Infrastructure Solutions
Diverse Staffing is currently seeking an Outside Business Development Manager to support our client with new market expansion in Cincinnati, OH. This is a great direct hire opportunity for sales hunter to work for a rapidly growing leader in fueling infrastructure equipment.
The Opportunity
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will sell fuel pumps, tanks, and supporting equipment parts directly to businesses that rely on fueling solutions. You’ll spend your days out in the field, meeting owners and operators of gas stations, convenience stores and other petroleum equipment buyers face-to-face. You will drive new business in a new market and develop strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect and call on convenience stores, gas stations, farms, and other businesses with fueling needs.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through daily B2B outreach.
• Present solutions for pumps, tanks, and parts to maximize client uptime.
• Partner with internal operations and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate terms and close deals that drive long-term value.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven outside sales experience with a true “hunter” mentality.
• Comfortable working on the road daily, meeting clients where they are.
• Knowledge of equipment, construction supply, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
