Contact and engage with potential sellers from our company-generated leads.
Manage and nurture a database of seller leads with consistent follow-ups.
Quickly qualify opportunities and assess seller motivation.
Build rapport and gain trust over the phone to close deals.
Analyze market data and property values to determine pricing.
Overcome objections and negotiate purchase contracts successfully.
Hit weekly and monthly sales goals.

Personal computer with dual screen monitors or widescreen
Headset and quiet work environment for crisp and clear phone conversations
Availability to work Tuesday – Saturday.
