Bitcoin Depot is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant sales team. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue growth by actively seeking out new clients, building strong relationships, and employing strategic selling techniques. As a key player in expanding our market presence, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products to potential customers. The expected annual earnings for this position are $120K, consisting of a competitive base salary combined with an uncapped commission structure. Candidates should reside within driving distance of the Dallas area.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory through various methods like research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, as outside sales representatives are expected to drive to meet clients for multiple hours daily.

Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our products/services.

Conduct in-person meetings, deliver presentations, and showcase product demonstrations to communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.

Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet or surpass sales quotas and revenue objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout.

Work alongside your manager to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing any objections or concerns.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using SalesForce.

Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and projecting a professional image.

Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing best practices with colleagues.

Continuously work on enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Key Qualifications:

Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales.

Expected travel requirement is at least 50%.

Possess over 1 year of relevant sales experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.

Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and team members.

Driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets, displaying a competitive and goal-oriented mindset consistently.

Capable of working independently, managing time efficiently, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Ability to identify client needs, offer tailored solutions, and address objections for successful deal closures.

Familiarity with company products/services and adept at communicating their features and benefits.

Understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscape for engaging discussions with clients.

Willingness to adapt strategies based on client feedback, market shifts, and evolving business objectives.

Comfortable using CRM software like SalesForce, sales tools, and technology tools to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.

Proficient in expanding a professional network through industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
