We are currently hiring professionals to work in the role of:Outbound Wine Advisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ā Make outbound calls to current customers to advise them on the wine portfolio
Ā Maximize every sales opportunity by upselling and cross-selling profitable products
Ā Document and update customer records based on interactions
Ā Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Ā Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills
Ā Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Ā Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
Ā Experience supporting luxury brand products and services
Ā Experience supporting home appliances
Ā Positive and professional demeanor
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā Minimum HS diploma, college preferred
Ā Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
Ā Has experience supporting consumer products and/or services.
TRAINING:
Ā Product training(Understanding of our client's range of products, ingredients, application, adverse effects, etc.)
Ā Systems training(How to use CRM and ACD Tools)
Ā Remote training(via the video conference platform Zoom)
Ā 100% Attendance
