At Wound House, we connect patients with essential wound care services and providers. Our mission-driven team is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, results-driven sales representatives to join us — from the comfort of home.
Compensation: Hourly: $10.50/hour, with the possibility to earn $15/hour if results are demonstrated within the first 90 days.
Tech Stipend: Monthly support for remote setup.
Start Date: Immediate openings available.
What You’ll Do: Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads using our auto-dialer system.
Identify and reach out to new providers and facilities to grow the pipeline.
Set qualified appointments on behalf of our 1099 sales reps.
Build and maintain relationships with leads, providers, and facility contacts in your assigned region.
Collaborate with and support the 1099 sales reps you are assigned to.
Follow simple scripts while building a natural rapport.
Update lead notes in Zoho CRM after each call.
Meet daily and weekly appointment goals.
Schedule donut drop-offs or other outreach strategies to engage providers.
Territory & Collaboration: You will be assigned to a specific region to build long-term relationships.
You are expected to work in close communication with your assigned sales reps, becoming their key support in setting up warm appointments and engaging new accounts.
✅ Requirements:
Must reside in Puerto Rico.
Must speak, write, and understand English fluently.
Must have a quiet, designated workspace.
Reliable computer, headset, and internet connection (mobile hotspot recommended).
Must complete a TestGorilla assessment before an interview.
High energy, reliable, and motivated to hit goals.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to track and organize work using CRM tools.
