• If residing in Canada, an hourly base wage of $16.50 CAD per hour ($17.40 CAD in BC) + bonus

What will you do?
As an Outbound Sales Agent, your primary responsibilities will include renewing subscriptions and winning back current and past customers of both print and digital media. Your key tasks will be:
• Make outbound calls to existing customers at risk of terminating their service and reward loyal customers by reselling the value, features, and benefits of our client’s amazing products and services
• Make outbound calls to previous customers to encourage them to resubscribe to our subscription services, emphasizing past benefits and exciting new features.
• Providing excellent customer service by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our client’s products and services, effectively resolving requests and retaining accounts.
• Engaging customers over the phone to create positive interaction experiences, ensuring they end their call feeling happy, satisfied, and valued.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:
• Call Center experience an asset
• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• Outbound sales experience an asset
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
• Currently residing in and legally able to work in Canada or the United States
Technical Requirments
This is a bring-your-own-device role. Applicants who use their PC for work must acknowledge that they owned their PC prior to applying for employment and they did not purchase the PC to become employed at SP Data Digital.
• Windows 11 operating software (Apple devices and Chromebooks will not work with the required software)
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Minimum Intel I3 processor
• The ability to work with an Ethernet cable connected to the modem
• Minimum Internet speeds of 30Mbs download/8Mbs upload
• Webcam required
• USB Headset
