Outbound Customer Service - Fully Remote
A Nationwide Mortgage Brand is looking to hire Outbound Call Customer Service Representative roles to join their team in a fully remote capacity! These Representative will be upselling current and upcoming promotions. Candidates must have prior experience with Sales or Upselling to be eligible.
Description:
? Handles customer service inquiries and problems.
? Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns - upwards of 50-100 calls daily
? Will be assigned/working on various campaigns - 3rd party companies like insurance companies, home warranties, security systems, etc. Scripted environment.
? Candidates will be assigned to specific campaigns above and are reaching out to existing borrowers to see if they have or are interested in any of these specific products.
? Once they are interested, they are then transferred to an actual sales rep for that product, this candidate will not be actually processing a sale (no commission).
? Receiving inbound... customer calls. Identify what are the customer's needs and then route them to the appropriate department.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
? Needs to have some kind of sales, upselling
? 1-2 years of outbound customer service or call center experience
? Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred
