Position Details
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Only, Except California)
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Shift: Monday Thursday 6 PM 11 PM EST & Saturday 12 PM 6 PM EST (26 hours/week)
Contract Length: 3-month contract (potential to return for future campaigns)
Start Dates: March 14th, 21th, 28th
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound, outbound, and email communications with shareholders.
Educate shareholders on proxy voting information and correct misleading communications.
Guide investors on where to submit their votes and ensure they understand the process.
Maintain professionalism while delivering a clear and persuasive message.

Required Skills & Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED required
6+ months of customer service experience (call center, data entry, or similar)
Strong verbal & written communication (proper grammar and punctuation)
Ability to engage actively in meetings, respond when called on, and participate in discussions

Windows 10 or 11 PC (No Mac, Chromebook, or Linux)
