Tele-sales Representative
TMC is committed to excellence in all aspects of our merchant services relationships. We are currently looking for the right individual to grow with our team.
Position Scope: Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
Essential Duties: Making calls and setting appointments based on metrics. Provide excellent Customer Service Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Stay current on new products the company offers. You must have a reliable computer and phone.
Preferred but not required: Knowledge payment terminals, internet payment gateways and POS systems. Specifics will be taught.
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills and Education: Must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to effectively multi-task. Proficient in computer and software usage.
Compensation: Full Time position Monday through Friday 8-5. Health & Dental available after 90 days. Direct Deposit. Pay is based on performance and bonuses.
