Organizational Change Management Specialist
Remote Team is out of Orlando, FL
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Clearance requiring United States Citizenship or Naturalization
Rate: Position pays $75 an hour
Duration: 18 month max contract
Hours: 4 days a week, 10 hour days
Have you engaged with Business/Program Teams to plan, design, analyze, develop, train, and deploy the approach utilizing techniques within Prosci Change Management methods and principles? Do you have over 11 years developing Change Plans based on scope and need, training development and delivery required applying the ADDIE model in each phase of development? Have you developed Training Materials will include multiple artifacts such as Instructor Led Training, Web Based Training and Quick Reference Materials?
Skills, Education, and Experience Required:
Bachelor Degree in Organizational Change Management, Adult learning, multi-media communication, marketing or related major or equivalent experience/combined education.
Over 11 years in the below skills:
ADDIE model, MS Office products, Organization Change Management, Coaching Teams, Structured approach to facilitate business transformation, project planning, develop clear communication across a varied audience, and tactical result driven plans successfully implemented
