This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise based on store orders and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity. Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques. Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport. Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines. Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris. Participate in training for additional warehouse duties. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 0–2 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Benefits Competitive pay . Anticipated Weekly Hours 29 Time Type Part time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $28.84 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
