ORDER PICKER - FRESNO (3rd Shift)
■■■COME JUMP-START YOUR CAREER WITH TAPIA BROTHERS COMPANY■■■ Currently hiring responsible Warehouse Order Pickers to prepare customer orders for shipment; Pull orders according to the customer order sheet; Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric stand-on pallet jack; Move the products from racks to the pallets; Validate that the products have been selected and are damage fee; Place the product to the dock area. Clean the aisle of debris; stack empty pallets and return electric pallet jacks to the charging area. POSITION TYPE This is a full-time hourly position and must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time. REQUIREMENTS Able to read, write, and solve math problems. Able to work well with others and be a team player. Able to interpret, understand, follow, and communicate instructions. Order Picking experience. Able to operate a Riding Stand-up Pallet Jack. RF Scanner experience. Forklift experience is a plus. Cold / Freezer Storage. Receiving experience. Have worked Graveyard and/or Night Shift. Able to pass a background check. Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug and/or alcohol tests. EXPERIENCE 1. Order Puller/Picker: 6 months 2. Electric Riding Stand-on Pallet Jack: 1 year 3. RF Scanner: 1 year 4. Cold / Freezer Storage: 1 year 5. Receiving: 1 year 6. Overnight / Night Shift 1 year. SCHEDULE Sunday through Thursday, Friday (As Needed) Hours: TBD VACATION (based on years of service) Eligible for 40 hours of sick pay for the first of the month following 30 days. 1-2 years = 40 hours. 3-9 years = 80 hours. 10 years and over = 120 hours.
