Job Description Summary As Order Fulfillment and Materials Lead (f/m/d) you are responsible for the availability of our Patient Care Solutions products and ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process. You work from home office, but live in the Frankfurt area to ensure close cooperation with our warehouse in Frankfurt and also be present on site if necessary. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities You ensure that orders are executed correctly, completely and on time (order status monitoring). Close cooperation and coordination between internal stakeholders (including production sites EMEA) and the external warehouse service provider. Responsible for material availability to ensure a smooth delivery process. Cooperation with the warehouse service provider regarding incoming orders and inventory topics as well as problem-solving and escalation tasks. Inventory management, optimization of stock levels, avoidance of shortages or overstocking. Review critical orders by participating in team meetings with the global fulfillment, product management and S&OP teams. Introduction and improvement of processes to increase efficiency. Use of ERP systems to control and monitor processes. Inventory maintenance tasks together with warehouse team Mentor interns, team members and support team development Required Qualifications University Degree in Manufacturing, Logistics, Economics or from suitable field of Engineering Several years of relevant professional experience in order fulfillment, demand planning and inventory optimization Extendend knowlegde in manufacturing and supply chain processes Fluent written and spoken English and German Systems and tools proficiency (MS-Office, ERP system, digital data sources) Problem solving skills (root cause analysis) Excellent co-operation and networking skills Previous experience from the LEAN practices and tools What we offer Company pension plan Grant for fitness and health programs Well-being program (incl.
