ā¢ Strong experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and Onboarding.
ā¢ We need someone who can be part of Pre-Sales activity. The support effort would be up to 8 hours.
ā¢ This engagement would require the expert to understand the challenges and convince the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) that Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding is the best and top solution in the market, pros and cons + potential understanding of their pain points and coming up with some high level solution pointers to address the issues.
ā¢ Should be highly polished, professional, and client-facing, and can actively support pre-sales discussions for one of our existing clients.
ā¢ Work can be done remotely.
