Oracle Process Manufacturing Consultant 100% Remote Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Process Manufacturing Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Process Manufacturing solutions for process industry clients such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food & beverages, and FMCG. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver effective Oracle Manufacturing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Implement and support Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules including: Process Execution (Batch Management) Process Planning Process Quality Product Development (Formulations & Recipes) OPM Inventory and Cost Management Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle OPM functionality. Configure setups for recipes, formulations, batches, resources, and production rules. Support batch creation, material consumption, product yield, and by-products/co-products. Work closely with Inventory, Procurement, Quality, and Finance teams. Prepare functional documents such as BRD, MD050, setup, and test scripts. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT. Provide end-user training and post-production support. Troubleshoot production, batch, and costing-related issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM). Good understanding of process industry manufacturing concepts. Experience with Formulations, Recipes, Batches, and Quality. Knowledge of OPM costing, yield analysis, and period close. Experience integrating OPM with Inventory, Purchasing, and Financials. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle EBS OPM or Oracle Fusion Manufacturing experience. Experience in industries such as Pharma, Chemicals, or FMCG. Oracle certification in Manufacturing or SCM modules. Experience in full lifecycle implementation projects. Apply tot his job
