Job Title: Infosys Delivery Team Member-Oracle PaaS Admin Summary: Become the Oracle PaaS admin in Infosys Delivery responsible for the administration of PaaS environments, build and provisioning of PaaS instances like OIC, VBCS, OCINAM/IDCS, API Gateway, WebLogic and SOA, ODI Market place services in OCI. Deep dive into OCI landscape, craft and plan environment strategy for PaaS services, and champion technical excellence, guiding your team and shaping the future of cloud connectivity. Responsibilities: Architect the PaaS Environment Strategy: Plan the environment strategy for Oracle PaaS services like OIC, VBCS, OCI IAM, API Gateway, SOA Marketplace and ODI Marketplace services in OCI etc., Own environment design from Capacity Planning, Provisioning, implementing proactive monitoring solutions ensuring platform stability, security, availability by leveraging HA/Fail over capabilities. PaaS Administration and Instance Upgrade Strategies: Mastermind the PaaS services administration, troubleshooting issues from PaaS instance logs, Configure OIC Log Streams, SSL management, Code Migration in controlled environments and Deployment automation using DEVOPS CI/CD pipeline. Deep dive into client OCI Infrastructure platform, crafting upgrade plan for Oracle OIC Gen 2 to OIC Gen 3 and support migration of Integration artifacts Rigorously monitor and optimize Oracle PaaS instances, addressing product issues by working with Oracle support and ensuring PaaS instances stability. Stay Ahead of the Technology Curve: Actively monitor the latest PaaS Services advancements and best practices. Optimize and Automate: Contribute to thought leadership within the team and across the organization. manual effort. Required Work Experience: 10 years of experience in PaaS Services administration managing OIC, VBCS, OCI IAM/IDCS, API Gateway, WebLogic and SOA Market place and ODI Market place offerings in OCI Proven experience in leading and managing Oracle PaaS Services Administration projects. Educational Requirements: Master's degree (MCA, MSc, MTech, MBA) or Bachelor's degree (BSc, BTech, BE) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Expert-level: PaaS (OIC, OCI IAM/IDCS, VBCS, API Gateway, WebLogic and SOA Market place, ODI Market place Services) instance creation, maintenance and access management for all users. Code Migration in controlled environments, configuring automated deployment/DEVOPS solution for PaaS services Monitoring Service availability, Troubleshooting platform issues and OIC Log streams analysis OIC Agents deployment and configurations, Private endpoint access managerment for OIC Gen 3 instances. OAuth and SSL management for OIC Integrations Strong understanding of: PaaS OIC Instance Upgrade Strategies (Gen 2 to Gen 3). OCI IAM Identity Federation with external IDPs and SSO Configurations. OCI IAM Automated User Provisioning and managing IAM policies for User Authentication Environment or Instance Strategy planning for Oracle PaaS Services OCI Infrastructure resources like Compartment, IAM Policies, VCNs, Subnets, Security Lists etc., Preferred Skills: Exposure in OCI laaS Components like DRG, IP Sec VPN, Fast Connect Solutions etc., Knowledge in ITIL Processes, Incident and Change Management.
