Description
We are seeking a consultant with specialized experience in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Cloud to support a client project focused on time collection, labor hour reporting, and integration with HR and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Configure and support Oracle OTL Cloud modules to meet client requirements for time entry, approval workflows, and labor reporting.
ā¢ Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and implement effective OTL Cloud solutions.
ā¢ Design and support integrations between Oracle OTL Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, payroll systems, and third-party labor reporting platforms.
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time collection, approvals, and data integration.
ā¢ Document solution designs, configurations, and support procedures for ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
Required Experience:
ā¢ Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Cloud.
ā¢ Strong understanding of time collection, approval workflows, and labor reporting processes.
ā¢ Experience integrating Oracle OTL Cloud with Oracle HCM Cloud and external payroll or labor systems.
ā¢ Ability to work independently as a sub-contractor and deliver results within project deadlines
