Oracle IDM Specialist (Clearance Required)
Position Overview
The selected candidate will support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise IAM solutions, with a focus on Oracle-based technologies. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
While experience with other SSO tools (e.g., Okta, Ping, ISAM) is valuable, candidates must have a strong understanding of authentication protocols and IAM concepts.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Implement, support, and maintain Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) and related components (OIM, OAM, SOA, WebLogic, BI, OAA, OARM)
⢠Design and develop custom IAM solutions using Java and OIG/OAM APIs (REST/Java)
⢠Configure and support SSO integrations and identity federation solutions
⢠Develop and maintain scheduled jobs, connectors, event handlers, and custom workflows
⢠Troubleshoot and resolve issues across production and non-production environments
⢠Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and system functionality
⢠Support BI Publisher reporting, including creation, updates, and migrations
⢠Work with LDAP directories (e.g., Active Directory, Oracle Internet Directory)
⢠Ensure compliance with IAM best practices, including RBAC/ABAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties
Required Qualifications
⢠5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
⢠Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) / Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
⢠Experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 12c and related components
⢠Proficiency in Java development and working with IAM APIs
⢠Solid understanding of authentication/authorization concepts, including:
⢠SSO (Single Sign-On)
⢠SAML, OAuth, OIDC
⢠Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
⢠Experience designing and implementing SSO solutions (Oracle or other platforms)
⢠Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
$48 - $50 an hour
