Oracle HCM Techno-functional Consultant

Role Overview
Oracle HCM Technical/Functional professional supporting the client s Oracle HCM SaaS environment with system administration, configuration, development, reporting, and security enhancements. The role focuses on Redwood UI conversion, report and dashboard development, workflow and journey configuration, production support, and cross-functional collaboration across Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, Safety, and related modules.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and enhance Oracle HCM SaaS modules in the production environment
Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using RTF, OTBI, BI tools, and Data Fusion Analytics
Support migration from Responsive UI to Redwood across implemented modules
Create and maintain contextualized, guided, and standard journeys
Build and support HDL loads and automated integrations/interfaces
Troubleshoot complex user issues and resolve system defects
Assess impact of patches and coordinate resolution with functional and technical teams
Develop and troubleshoot transactional workflows
Gather functional requirements and translate them into configurations and enhancements
Create testing scripts to support functional and system changes

Required Skills (with Years)
Ability to create and edit reports using RTF, BI, OTBI, and Data Fusion Analytics
Experience developing global and secured dashboards
Experience configuring HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, ORC, Help Desk, Safety, Learning, Profiles)
Experience creating and maintaining journeys
Experience troubleshooting end-user issues
Experience working with HR functional teams
Experience setting up and troubleshooting transactional workflows
Experience gathering functional requirements and translating them into deliverables
Experience creating testing scripts
Experience building automated integrations
Experience with HDL loads
Experience creating forms
