Hi, Our client is looking for an Oracle HCM OTL Consultant with a Long-Term Contract project in Remotebelow is the detailed requirement.Job Role: Oracle HCM OTL Consultant Location: Remote Duration: Long Term ContractJob Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HCM OTL Consultant with a strong background in healthcare to lead and optimize Oracle HCM Time and Labor (OTL) module implementations. In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the Oracle HCM OTL module, and ensure seamless integration with other HCM processes and systems, tailored specifically to the healthcare industry's needs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with minimum 12+Years of relevant experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on the Time and Labor (OTL) module. Prior experience working with clients or organizations in the healthcare industry. Proven expertise in implementing and configuring OTL solutions, including workflows, time entry layouts, and time card rules. Strong understanding of healthcare labor laws, compliance requirements, and workforce scheduling. Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, OTL, and related modules (Payroll, Absence Management, etc.). Experience with OTL integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools. Knowledge of SQL and BI Publisher for custom reporting (preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex timekeeping and labor management needs. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines. Collaborative mindset to partner with cross-functional teams.
